Dear Sir/Madam,
RE: MALFUNCTION OF MOBILE PHONE BOUGHT IN YOUR RETAIL SHOP
I am writing this letter to inform to you of various malfunctions with the Nokia 311 phone that I bought from your retail shop Ajax Telecommunication on the 1st of April, 2013 during the evening rush hours. I have not been able to use it as expected and have been too busy to come to the shop personally to offer my dissatisfaction.
The serial number of the phone is A233443267272 and the receipt number is 0132. Its cost was $650 and I was offered a handbag as a promotion. The phone comes with a two-year warranty and two batteries.
The phone was supposed to come with a two gigabyte memory card, but it only came with a 500 megabyte memory card. Secondly, both batteries are not holding power for more than five hours, while I was assured they are supposed to hold power for over two days each.
Another problem is that when making calls, recipients are unable to hear me clearly. I understand that the mouth piece is faulty. For this I am forced to speak loudly, and this may be disturbing sometimes to people around me. This phone is used to call my customers and with this situation, I am not able to work as required. This is also a problem when a customer needs help from me and I cannot communicate.
I am looking forward to your communication on what I should do, owing that I cannot get time to come to your retail shop. I would appreciate if I get another phone as a replacement, otherwise I will ask for the refund. If possible, send somebody at Laze Plaza to come and help me out at your convenience. Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Jobby Jobskit
